  A wellness class led by Regina each Friday at 9:45 am. This is the most strenuous yoga class we offer. Participants DO get down on the floor mats unlike chair yoga, but positions may be modified for your mobility level.

  This wellness class is led by James Hodge each Monday at 10:15am starting July 6th. There will be no sitting down in the Sweat Sessions. James will keep you up and moving for a better, more active life. Classes are $25.00 per class, per quarter. You can register and pay with the form below.
