Each year, beginning on July 1st, clients must complete a new application and provide documentation for renewal. This year, our application can be downloaded by clicking HERE or picked up at the PNC.
Please fill out and bring the completed application with you, along with photo ID for each adult, proof of address, and income verification.
If you are claiming children in your household, please provide proof of responsibility for each child listed (ie: State benefits card/letter, documentation from their school showing child's name/address, etc)
Completed applications and documentation can also be scanned/emailed to our social services coordinator at: email@example.com
COVID-19 RESPONSE FUND
The PNC has partnered with CT United Ways to provide financial assistance to ALICE households (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed). If you reside in Stonington or North Stonington and have lost a job or significant hours due to COVID-19, contact us at (860) 599 – 3285 to determine if you are eligible for this financial assistance.
