DESCRIPTION:Chair Yoga\, a gentle form of yoga which uses a chair for balance or for sitting to do the poses\, is a great entryway into senior exercise programs. \nYou will not have to get on the floor\, and you will learn new ways to stay healthy and active at a pace that is right for you. \nChair yoga is an accessible form of yoga designed to improve flexibility\, strength\, and balance all while sitting in a chair or using a chair for support.
